Navy Women Retain Places in RFUW South Team
RFU (W) South Regional Senior Coach Dave Garner is pleased to report that both Sophie Roseaman (current RNRU (W) Vice Captain) and RNRU (W) stalwart Pam Williams have both retained their places within the South Regional side for this weekends fixture against the South East Region. "Both Sophie and Pam have acquitted themselves extremely well at this level so far. They are relishing the challenge and both had an excellent first game which made the selection decision straightforward” commented Dave Garner. “What is really pleasing to see is that they are developing well as players and ultimately both are really enjoying their rugby at the moment, which shines through in their individual performances". The RNRU (W) ethos of trying to play an attractive, skill full style of rugby was certainly present from both in the fixture against the East region.
