RN Sharks open there 2012 Season at the Wild Boar 7's Competition
The Navy Sharks 7's Team open there season on Sunday 03 Jun with a trip to the Wild Boar 7's, Eversley, Hampshire. This will be the first outing for the Sharks for 2 seasons and will be a testing season for the young team.
Returning in a mentoring role is WO1 (Billy) May former Royal Navy Rugby Development Officer, Navy and Samurai 7's coach. Billy will provide a great deal of guidance to new 7's coach Lt (Sam) Cuff RN who is ably supported by Capt (Scott) Ashley RM.
The purpose of the Navy Sharks team is to sharpen existing player skills and to help identify and develop new players to play at all levels of RN representative rugby.
