Navy second row colleagues Marsh Cormack and Damo Chambers will go head to head when they meet each other this weekend with their respective civilian clubs. On Saturday Marsh will be representing Taunton whilst Damo will be in Launceston's colours. It is not the first time that the two have gone head to head as they have met before at Command level where they are part of the fierce rivallry that has grown between the Fleet Air Arm and the Royal Marines. Last season it was Damo who came out top as the Corps side defeated Air Command to lift the Inverdale Cup. Help 4 Heroes @ Middlesex Sevens

Greg Barden will be one of four Navy players returning to Twickenham for the Middlesex Sevens. The England Sevens international will be representing the Help 4 Heroes who have been given one of the four invitational slots by the organisers. He will face Navy Rugby colleagues Jonny Stephens and Scott Leweellyn who will be in the Bath's colours and also fellow Navy centre Calum McCrae who will be in the Harlequin squad. Harlequins have further Navy involvement as they are coached by new Navy Head Coach, Billy May.
