Friday Night Lights at the Bears Den
The Royal Navy's trimmed down Inter Service squad will be under the lights and under the microscope against a Bristol Bears select XV at Frenchay tonight.
Commander Arty Shaw, the Senior XV Director of Rugby said, "After 3 fiercely contested trial matches, our journey toward the Inter Services commences in earnest. The squad has had a great week, formally welcomed by the Chair of Navy Rugby on Monday where the honour of their selection was reinforced. This is our first meeting with Bristol and the team are looking forward to the challenge. It promises to be a great night."
The match takes place at Dings Crusaders RFC Ground at Shaftesbury Park, Frenchay and the match kicks off at 1915.
