Q- How much are tickets?
A- Adults £25.00 | Child (2-15yrs) £15.00 | OAP (65+) £15.00 | Family (4 people, maximum 2 adults) £50.00
Q - How much is the Booking and P&P Fee?
A - The booking fee is 4% and the postage and packaging fee is £4.95.
Q- What time will tickets go on sale?
A- 14th November 2018 at 10:00am on our website.
Q- Can children come to the match?
A- Yes, A child ticket is applicable to children aged 2-15.
Babies in arms and under 2’s - Babies in arms and under 2’s do not require a ticket and will not be provided with a seat. Babies in arms need to be in a front carrier - buggies, prams and carry seats are not permitted.
Parents/Guardians are advised that the middle and upper tier concourses are extremely high and some adults and children may find this uncomfortable. We would also advise that the rake of the seats in the upper tier is steep and some people may find this unnerving. We would advise against booking in the upper tier for anyone with children under 8. Children must be seated with an adult and supervised at all times.
Q- What is a family ticket?
A- A family ticket covers entrance for four people, only two of whom can be adults. Therefore a family ticket may be used for 2 adults and 2 children, or 1 adult and 3 children. These tickets are for seats within a specific designated 'family' area of the stadium, and are only available to purchase through the Royal Navy Rugby Union.
Q- What is the age for an OAP ticket?
A- OAP tickets are applicable to people aged 65+.
Q- Can I buy tickets for a group?
A- Yes, you can buy as many tickets as you require for your group. Please note that the ‘group save’ offer is no longer available therefore all adult tickets will be charged at £25.00 each.

Q - Will the seats be together?
A - Yes, all tickets within the same block/location on your order will be seated together.
Q - Can I sit with my friend who bought tickets separately?
A - We are not able to guarantee that you will be sat together if the orders have been placed separately. However, if you have ordered tickets within the same block/location, please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) once you and your friend have purchased tickets and tell us the order numbers - and we will do our best to seat you together.
Q - Can I choose my seats?
A - You are only able to select the block that you would like to be sat in, the specific seats will be allocated at the time the tickets are despatched. If you have any particular requirements e.g. require an aisle seat, then please email us (email@example.com) and although we cannot guarantee particular seats, we will do our best to cater for your requirements.
Q- Can parking be purchased?
A- Any available parking can be purchased from our website.
Q- Can tickets be delivered to a different address?
A- For security reasons we can only despatch tickets to the billing address. For further assistance, please contact our customer services team firstname.lastname@example.org / 02392 816 255.
Q- What cards do you accept?
A- Visa Credit Card | Visa Debit Card | Visa Electron | MasterCard Credit Card | MasterCard Debit Card | Maestro - We do not accept American Express.
Q - Can I buy wristbands for the bars/marquees?
A - The Royal Navy Rugby Union do not organise/run any of the bars/marquees at the Army v Navy match and therefore we do not sell tickets for these.
Q- I am having problems placing an order, what should I do?
A- First check the billing address you are entering is the registered card address. If you continue to experience problems please contact our customer services team on 02392 816 255 who can assist you.
Q - When will I receive the tickets?
A - Tickets will be despatched no later than 3 weeks prior to the match. Once your order has been sent we will send you an email to let you know that it is on its way.
Q - My tickets didn’t arrive, what should I do?
A - Tickets will be despatched no later than 3 weeks prior to the match. Once your order has been sent we will send you an email to let you know that it is on its way. If you have not received your tickets within 10 days of this notification, or by 12th April 2019, then please contact our customer services team email@example.com / 02392 816 255.
Q - I received my tickets but have since lost them, what should I do?
A - Please contact our customer services team firstname.lastname@example.org / 02392 816 255 who will arrange for the original tickets to be cancelled, and duplicates printed for collection on the day of the match.
Q - Why can’t duplicates be posted to me?
A - The RFU will only issue duplicate tickets once, to avoid any postal delays or losses, duplicates must be collected from the RFU office on the day of the match.
Q - Where do I collect reprinted/duplicate tickets from?
A - Please collect your tickets from Twickenham Ticket Office, which is located in the South East corner of the Stadium (on the corner of Whitton and Rugby Road) at least one hour before kick off. You will need photo ID.
Q - Can I cancel my order?
A - Please contact the customer services team email@example.com / 02392 816 255.
Q - I do not need all/some of my tickets, can I re-sell them?
A - It is prohibited to onward sell or offer a ticket in excess of its face value and it may not be sold through any online auction or other website, without authorisation of the RFU - this will result in cancellation of the ticket. If you need to cancel your order in part or whole, please contact the customer services team firstname.lastname@example.org / 02392 816 255.

Q - Can I take / have a picnic in the car park?
A- You can have a picnic at your car/coach. Generators and BBQ’s are NOT permitted and no money may exchange hands. Chasebridge, Cardinal Vaughan, North & Rosebine Car parks are outside of the ‘security bag check / access point’ and therefore the updated alcohol policy will not affect these tailgates/hospitality.
