Help 4 Heroes @ Middlesex Sevens

Greg Barden will be one of four Navy players returning to Twickenham for the Middlesex Sevens. The England Sevens international will be representing the Help 4 Heroes who have been given one of the four invitational slots by the organisers. He will face Navy Rugby colleagues Jonny Stephens and Scott Leweellyn who will be in the Bath's colours and also fellow Navy centre Calum McCrae who will be in the Harlequin squad. Harlequins have further Navy involvement as they are coached by new Navy Head Coach, Billy May. No doubt all four will relish the chance to reaquaint themselves with the Army who are fielding a strong squad as one of the other invitational sides. It should prove to be a cracking day of sevens and tickets are still available. Said Titterrell, "This is a fantastic opportunity for me to return to Twickenham and represent Help for Heroes, it's a great cause and one I'm proud to be involved with. "Ben Ryan has had a very successful season with England Sevens so I'm really looking forward to working with him and learning from the master! "I wasn't lucky enough to play sevens for England but I love the form of the game and my first taste of it was playing in the Middlesex 7s for Sale alongside Mark Cueto when I was 19. "We play Sale in our first match on Saturday so I will be playing against my former team mates which I'm really looking forward to."
