Applications for RNRU Director of Rugby (DoR) Position Requested
The position of RNRU Director of Rugby (DoR) will become available later this year: the successful applicant should be available to assume the responsibilities after 8 May and by 31 December 2011 at the latest. Terms of Reference for the post are available from the Secretary rnso2@fleetfost.mod.ukand in addition to holding a minimum of Level 2 coaching award applicants must be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of performance delivery and development. Individuals who wish to be considered should forward their CV, along with a synopsis as to how they intend to take the key representative aspects of Navy Rugby forward, to the Secretary by Friday 11 March 2011. Interviews will be conducted in HMS DRAKE during the forenoon of Thursday 31 March 2011 and candidates should be prepared to deliver a presentation expanding on the recommendations contained in their application. Successful applicants will need to be endorsed by the Management Board of the Royal Navy Rugby Union and then voted into post by the Annual General Meeting iaw the Union's Byelaws.
