SUPPLIER, DELIVERY CHARGES AND GENERAL INFORMATION

You have the flexibility to select you own delivery method if your order is under £75.00 (including VAT).

1st Class - £5.00

2nd Class - £3.50

24 Hour Signed for service - £10.00

Where your total order is above £75.01 (including VAT) you will automatically be charged £7.50 to ensure the safe receipt of your items. We strongly recommend that you propose an address where there will always be someone present to sign for the delivery (such as a work address).

Please note we reserve the right to change these rates.

We try to deliver all goods within seven working days of the order being placed unless you are notified of any delay at the time of making your order. If you have selected 24 hour Signed for delivery then you should expect your items in that time.  All orders received before 2pm (Monday to Friday - except bank Holidays) will be despatched the same day.  Overseas, Highlands and Island delivery times may vary.

If you have registered on the website with an account you can check your order status and where applicable track the item.

If after 7 days you have not received your products then please call Customer Services on 0844 879 4941 Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and please have your order number to hand.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

General Information

Every care has been taken to ensure the descriptions, colours and specifications of the goods portrayed in our website are correct. However, slight variations in the actual goods may occur.

Availability & Prices

All goods are offered for sale subject to availability. We regret that occasionally it may be impossible to complete an order if a product is withdrawn for any reason. The price of the goods shall be the price listed on our website inclusive of any VAT that may be payable by you.   All prices and delivery charges are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and must be paid in full at the time of ordering. In the event of any deliveries to addresses outside of the UK, the purchaser is entirely responsible for any applicable customs' duties or taxes in your own country.

Ordering

We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods, subject to these terms and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order and we shall supply you, subject to availability, with the quantity and specification of the goods set out in your order.

Army v Navy Tickets

Tickets for the Navy V Army game on 1st May 2010 may be reserved if 40 or more tickets are being purchased.  A £1.00 per ticket non-refundable deposit will be required at time of booking.  All reservations must be paid in full by Wednesday 8th April. 

Deposits on reservations are non-refundable.

A charge of 3% will be levied for card sales on ticket and parking.

Definition of child ticket is aged 16 and under on 1 May 2010.

All ticket & parking sales are non refundable.

1 free additonal ticket will be supplied for every 10 adult tickets purchased.  Adult tickets purchased with a family ticket are excluded from this promotion.

Coach passes will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Coach passes allocated will be for either the West Car Park, North Car Park or Rosebine.  Numbers for West Car Park are limited.

Payment

Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on the site or on our order form. We do not offer any credit facilities, so we will not deliver goods to you if you do not pay for your order in full at the time of ordering.

Delivery

Delivery shall be made to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering. Whilst we endeavour to deliver within the times specified, any times quoted for delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods, howsoever caused. Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery to the specified delivery address.

Returns

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will refund the value of the goods supplied, provided you inform us within fifteen working days of receipt of the goods and that the goods, together with the delivery note, are returned to us in perfect condition to the address specified on the delivery note. Please see our Returns Policy overleaf for further information.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied, and, in the case of damaged or defective goods or incorrect deliveries, any delivery charges incurred by you. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, (including without limitation, financial loss such as loss of profit or otherwise), whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. We cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on our order form. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

e-Vouchers

e-vouchers must be redeemed on this website (www.navyrugbyunion.co.uk) towards the purchase of products listed

The e-voucher cannot be used to pay for Royal Navy Rugby Union online e-vouchers. The e-voucher has no cash redemption value and is not transferable or assignable. Any unused balance will remain and can be viewed on the "Check voucher balance" section on the home page.

If the order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card. Postage and packaging is included within the voucher claims.

Please check the upper, lower and numeric cases of the voucher text carefully when entering voucher codes.

e-vouchers and unused portions of e-vouchers expire one year from the date of issue, where permissible under applicable law.

Events beyond our reasonable control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these terms and conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Children

We do not sell goods for purchase by children. We sell children's goods for purchase by adults. If you are under eighteen years, you may order goods from us only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Choice of law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to enjoy your shopping experience every time you order from www.navyrugbyunion.co.uk. However, there may be times when the goods you order are not exactly what you wanted or expected. We are happy to accept the return of goods if they are unused and in their original packaging and condition. If you return goods within fifteen working days of receipt, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.

We will refund the delivery charges only if the goods are:

  • Different to those ordered by you
  • Damaged on arrival or defective
  • Goods returned in an unacceptable condition may be refused or a re-stocking fee applied

Please note personalised goods are not refundable unless faulty.

Damaged or Defective Goods

Please inspect the goods as soon as you receive them; damaged or defective goods should be returned immediately. We ask that you inform us within fifteen working days of receipt. At our discretion, we will replace the goods or refund the purchase price.

How to return goods

You must notify us that you will be returning goods, (within fifteen working days of receipt of the goods) by calling Customer Services on 0844 879 4941.

When telephoning, please have the following details to hand:

  • Your Order Reference Number
  • Your e-mail address, if you have one
  • A daytime contact telephone number
  • The reason for the return.

Please note personalised goods are not refundable unless faulty.

In the case of damaged or defective goods, please provide a full description of the problem. This will ensure we can process your return as quickly as possible. All goods must be returned in their original packaging, together with the delivery note. In the case of damaged goods, if the packaging itself is damaged, please include this packaging with the returned goods. Please remember to:

  • Clearly mark your Order Reference Number on the outside of the parcel;

Parcels being returned remain your responsibility until we safely receive them. Therefore, we recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning a parcel.
